Every detail in our restaurant reflects the ecosystem of our farm... Beyond the 90+ ingredients we source from our farm, our tables were made from our farm's wood, our ceramics were made from our farm's soil, the paint on our walls was made from our farm's ash, the music in our dining room was produced in an outbuilding on our farm... Even the ink and quill used to sign our guest's birthday cards was made from flowers and feathers from our farm!
