We are a small, chef/family run business and last minute cancelations dramatically affect the viability of our business. Once a table is reserved, we plan accordingly. We buy in ingredients and we ensure that appropriate staffing levels are in place and, when bookings aren't honoured, valuable seats in our dining room go to waste ... Therefore any cancelations within 48h of a booking will incur a charge of the full price of the menu. Thank you kindly for understanding - we look forward to seeing you!
